The Turning Point : five years old and still
setting the standard for spa
industry conferences
In 2003 The Turning Point launched the first globally-oriented spa industry
conference. This event, and the ones that have followed every year since
then, established and continue to set the standard for industry gatherings
aimed at providing high-level learning and peer-level networking to senior spa
professionals.
The Turning Point¹s 6th spa industry insiders' conference will be held at
the newly-opened 5-star Shangri-La hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
The program at the upcoming event offers an impressive line-up of international speakers
covering such diverse topics as spa travel trends, brand development,
interior architecture and design, internet promotion, CSR case studies and
approaches, and the application of feng shui principles in spa design. Of
particular interest will be the official launch of a Green Globe
certification program specially designed for the spa industry.
