Where industry insiders come together
for education, inspiration and motivation

We are pleased to offer the following addition to the seminar program:

Successful strategies for good times or bad
Presenter : Suzanne Kaiser - Spa wellness programming consultant

In the past 5 years, the explosive growth of the spa industry has generated new markets
and an acceptance of spa travel not previously seen. While this popularity and growth
has been generally good for business, it has also resulted in expensive expansion.

With the current global economic climate, the spa business is not predicted to grow as exponentially as it has in the recent past. The challenge now and into the future is to maintain business in times of increasing competition and economic uncertainty.

In her presentation, Suzanne will offer strategies for reinventing or evolving your
spa business while being true to your core values ... and for operating profitably during
any market conditions.

Suzanne Kaiser is currently an independent consultant working with spas, resorts, developers and management companies to create, develop, implement and evaluate wellness programming to differentiate each unique business. She was formerly Director of Balanced Living Programs at Miraval, Life in Balance Resort & Spa and Director of Special Programs at Canyon Ranch Health Resort (Tucson, Arizona, USA).
